How Devices Sourced

Where our devices come from, and how we make sure they are worth your money.

Every device we sell is sourced through trusted channels: our UK parent company Nerds2U, certified refurbishers and established international partners. We do not buy blind from open markets.

Our checking process, on every device:

1. Inspection. We check the physical condition, screen, chassis, ports and battery, and grade the device honestly.
2. 2. Testing. We run full hardware and software tests, keyboard, trackpad, camera, speakers, Wi-Fi, storage health and performance, to confirm everything works.
3. 3. Cleaning and setup. The device is cleaned, data-wiped and set up with a fresh, genuine operating system.
4. 4. Certification. Once it passes, it is certified and backed by our warranty.

Our grades, in plain English:

Grade A: excellent condition, minimal to no signs of use.

Grade B: very good condition, may show light wear such as minor scuffs or faint scratches. Fully functional.

Grade C: good, fully functional condition with more visible cosmetic wear, priced accordingly.

Securing a Coming Soon item (no deposit):

If a device is marked Coming Soon, you can register your interest so we know you want one. When that stock lands, we contact everyone who registered and it is first come, first served. No deposit needed. The quickest way to secure your spot is to message us on WhatsApp and tell us the device you are after.
