Warranty

Every device we sell is backed by a warranty, so you can buy with confidence.

What is covered:

Hardware faults that are not caused by accidental damage, including issues with the battery, keyboard, screen, ports and internal components. If a covered fault appears, we repair or replace the device at no extra cost.

Warranty length:

New devices: manufacturer warranty applies, plus our own support.

Certified-refurbished devices (Grade A, B and C): 6 months warranty from TrustedTech, regardless of grade. The cosmetic grade only reflects appearance, not how long the warranty lasts.

What is not covered:

Accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repairs, normal wear and tear, and software issues unrelated to a hardware fault.

How to make a claim:

Message us on WhatsApp or call +234 705 178 3312, or email info@trustedtech.ng with your order number and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the next steps, including sending the device back to us if needed.
