Every device we sell is professionally tested before sale and covered by a 3-month TrustedTech warranty.

All our devices are pre-owned and professionally refurbished. We tell you the condition before you buy, and we stand behind the device after you buy.

What is covered

Hardware faults that are not caused by damage or misuse, for 3 months from delivery: motherboard, screen (excluding impact damage), keyboard, trackpad, ports, speakers, storage drive, RAM, cooling and charging circuit.

Battery

Every device we sell is pre-owned, and laptop batteries are consumable parts that wear with age and use. We publish the measured battery health of each device before you buy, so you know exactly what you are getting. Outright battery failure is covered for 30 days. Gradual loss of battery capacity is normal wear and is not a fault.

What is not covered

Accidental or physical damage, liquid damage, cracked or impacted screens, repairs or opening by anyone other than TrustedTech, software, operating system or virus issues, data loss, cosmetic wear already disclosed in the device grade, and damage from power surges. We strongly recommend using a surge protector or UPS.

Device grades

All grades are fully tested and fully working. The grade describes appearance only, and every grade carries the same 3-month warranty.

Grade A - Excellent condition. Minimal to no signs of previous use, clean screen and body.
Grade B - Very good condition. Light scuffs or faint scratches from normal use, fully functional.
Grade C - Heavier cosmetic marks, dents or wear. Fully functional and priced accordingly.

Repairs after your warranty

We repair devices we have sold at low cost after the warranty period ends. Message us and we will quote you before doing any work.

Your rights under Nigerian law

Under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018, you may return goods that do not meet the required standards within three months of delivery, and we will repair, replace or refund. Nothing in this policy reduces that right.

How to make a claim

WhatsApp or call +234 705 178 3312, or email info@trustedtech.ng with your order number and a description of the fault. We repair the device. If we cannot repair it, we replace it with an equivalent device where one is available, or refund you in full.
